Severely overloaded RAM:
00:00:05.537148 Host RAM: 3994MB (3.9GB) total, 1718MB available
00:00:05.978967 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000100000000 (4 294 967 296, 4 096 MB, 4.0 GB)

Maybe a gigabyte RAM max on this host computer. If you can upgrade to 8GB host RAM you can have 4GB in the VM.

If you can get the VM going either way, upgrade the Guest Additions, they're just a hint old:
00:00:05.309850 VirtualBox VM 6.1.22 r144080 win.amd64 (Apr 28 2021 17:23:11) release log
00:00:21.734695 VMMDev: Guest Additions information report: Version 4.3.10 r93012 '4.3.10'
