Windows host NEW PROBLEM?

Windows host NEW PROBLEM?

I always have problem like picture below when trying install new linux distro (i hadn't try any other yet) like kubuntu ubuntu 17.10 ...
Even i switch to VMWare and it still be the same along with the message: CPU disabled by guest operating system ...
My OS:
-Windows 10 Pro - 64 bit
-Ram : 16 GB
-CPU : pic below
Please check out and let me know what this is, i am going to dual boot :oops: :oops: :oops:

The error is being reported by the guest - why are you saying you have a host problem?

Because every guest i install, it turn out the same. So i think my windows may brokend :(

I found it! Is ubuntu 17.10.1 64 bit and kubuntu 17.10.1 64 bit that can't run probally in my windows, i try 32bit ver and it runs well, as well as the 16.04 64 bit! Even i have used 17.10.1 64bit for a while until i reinstall it and failled. TY :D
