VDI starten nach Linux Updates nicht mehr

Einen schönen guten Abend,

habe auf meinen Laptop einen Multibootsystem.
Windows 10
OpenSuse 15.1
LinuxMint 20

auf allen Systemen läuft die VirtualBox als Software.
Nun habe ich die beiden Linuxsysteme von OpenSuse 15 auf 15.1 und LinuxMint von 19.3 auf 20 geupdatet.
Jetzt starten meine VDI images nicht mehr.
Unter allen Systemen kommt es zur gleichen Fehlermeldung:

Was kann ich tun um die VDI zu starten?

Wird ja nicht am Update liegen.

Mal was ganz profanes: Teste die Festplatte unter Windows mit Crystal Disk Info. Wenn da was anderes als "gut" bei rauskommt, ist die Plate Schrott.

denke das es nicht an der Platte liegt da diese relativ neu ist!

shows that the disk file might be damaged beyond repair.

Try cloning the disk file with Mpack's CloneVDI. If anything can interpret the .vdi, CloneVDI can. And if CloneVDI cannot, the vdi is dead.

How it happened is not something Virtualbox could have caused intentionally. Any kind of glitch can happen on a computer though. I like to have backups of important files or the whole computer before doing major updates.
