Re: Windows XP und VirtualBox 6
Answering in English.
It depends what you mean by "fully supported", and whether you mean as a host or as a VM.
As a VM: There are no 3D accelerated drivers for XP any more - this is because the "3D engine" was completely rewritten for VirtualBox 6.x, and the devs have not bothered to produce drivers for XP, presumably given a lack of demand from paying users. Otherwise XP is an functional as it ever was.
Support for 32bit hosts was dropped some time ago. Naturally that will include most XP installations. In addition VirtualBox 6.1 has dropped official support for all versions of 64bit Windows prior to Windows 8.1. However, you'll probably find that it actually does still work on Windows 7 and later (no promises though).

Which changeover are you referring to? And we do need clarification of whether you mean the host or a VM.

Re: Windows XP und VirtualBox 6
Ok, I will assume you mean that XP is your VM, not your host.
With the exception of 3D acceleration, XP works as well now as it always did. The only reason some people have problems is that past versions of VirtualBox did not require VT-x/AMD-v in order to run a 32bit, single CPU VM. In VirtualBox 6.1 that has changed. VT-x is now required. This is only a problem if you didn't already have it turned on, or if something else is using it, such as when Hyper-v is enabled on a Win10-Pro host.
That said, there can be no guarantees, even if you had told me the slightest little thing about your host. So I'd suggest a backup of your host (e.g. with Macrium Reflect) and your VM, before you start.

Macrium Reflect would be used to back your HOST, not the XP VM. And no, VirtualBox does not have any tools you can use to back up your host. Surely you must be backing up your host for general reasons anyway? That's a pretty vital skill that everyone needs to learn, if the host contains anything you care about. The tool you use does not have to be Macrium Reflect (perhaps there's another tool that better serves a German speaking market), but the tool should create an image of the host hard drive, not be a file based backup.
As to backing up the XP VM, that is simple: you can just copy the VM folder to secondary storage. Howto: Move a VM.

Re: Windows XP und VirtualBox 6
All VirtualBox versions are safe, as I already explained. Inevitably there are differences between versions, otherwise there would be no need for versions. That doesn't make any one version "safe" and another "not safe".
