As fth0 says, you have a '32-bit betriebssystem', or 32-bit operating system, on your 64-bit PC.

If you want to run Virtualbox 6.0.x or later, you need to erase that 32-bit operating system and install a 64-bit operating system.

You apparently can use the same license code for your existing 32-bit Windows 10 on the new 64-bit installation of Windows 10. A quick web-search "windows 10 license for 32 bit or 64 bit" shows this:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... 943f59d8e5 :
you do not need a separate product code, your digital licence covers either edition of Windows 10

Hallo

Well, the developers have to decide where to put development resources, and they have clearly decided that 32bit hosts are no longer prevalent enough, particularly among paying customers, to justify the resources that may be required - mainly for testing I would imagine. After all, 64bit capable host hardware has been the norm now for around 10 years.
