Win10 Upgrade - Prozessor nicht unterstützt

Ich bekomme es nicht hin, Windows 10 zu installieren. Ich nutze einen Mac (Intel Core i5) mit macOS Mojave auf dem ich Virtualbox mit Windows 7 installiert habe. Bevor ich den Windows 10 update-Assistent nutze, habe ich PAE/NX aktiviert. Der Hardwarecheck sagt, dass alles ok ist. Und trotzdem endet die Installation mit der Meldung "Ein wichtiges Feature wurde vom Prozessor dieses PCs nicht unterstützt (NX).". Die gleiche Meldung erhalte ich, wenn ich die Installation von einer heruntergeladenen iso-Datei ausführe.
Hat jemand eine Idee?

Answering in English:

You need to set the OS version in the VM settings to "Windows 10 (xx bit)" before starting the upgrade, since the processor requirements for Windows 10 (even just the installer) are quite different from those for Windows 7. After that don't worry about the individual settings, VirtualBox will take care of them.

Also, you are upgrading 64bit to 64bit, is that correct? It's an important factor that you don't mention, unless I missed it.

leider wieder ohne Erfolg. Die Einstellungen habe ich vor dem upgrade-Versuch auf Win10 32bit geändert. Am Schluß kommt die Meldung Fehlercode 0xc1900201.
Zur Info: ich upgrade von Win7 32bit auf Win10 32 bit.

In that case I need to see a VM log. With the VM fully shut down, right click and "Show Log" in the GUI, save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip, and attach the zip here.

I would reduce RAM to 2048MB.

I would increase vCPU count to 2.

I would increase graphics RAM to 128MB.

I would uninstall the ancient (4.3.36) Guest Additions before you start, and install the 6.1.2 Guest Additions later. You can't keep using 4.3.36 GAs since they do not support the new (v6) graphics controller you selected. Another option is to download the graphics controller from VBoxSVGA to VBoxVGA (don't use VMSVGA with a non-Linux VM).

Auch mit den geänderten Einstellungen leider immer noch kein Erfolg. Immer wieder die gleichen Meldungen: "Ein wichtiges Feature wurde vom Prozessor dieses PCs nicht unterstützt (NX)." und Fehlercode 0xc1900201.

Das Betriebssystem macOS unterstützt das NX-Bit ab Version 10.6 „Snow Leopard.“ Da ich mit Mojave arbeite, ist das NX-bit immer gesetzt.
