LTP in Virtualbox

Hallo habe einen Win10 Host und möchte mein altes Win2000 in Virtualbox laufen lassen.
Habe das Win2000 bisher auf einer Win7-Host mit VM-Ware betrieben.
Das Win2000 habe ich in der V-Box schon zum laufen gebracht, habe aber noch folgendes Problem.

Im Win2000 ist ein Simulationsprogramm für meine NC-Maschinen, das halt eine Dongel an dem COM-Anschluß.
Mein WIN10 Host hat keinen com-port mehr habe ein USB-kabel wo ich den Dongel anschließen kann.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit das mein Programm diesen Dongel in der Virtualbox als Com erkennen kann ?
Bin habe nur geringe PC-Kenntnisse eher der Benutzertyp.

You would have two options:

A. pass the serial port that the USB adapter generates on the host into the VM, see
How to: Add a Serial Port in Windows XP and 7 Guest for guidelines.

B. pass the whole USB device into the VM, see USB basics and troubleshooting. The VM OS would need drivers to run the adapter directly.

These options are mutually exclusive: do one or the other, not both.

I'm slightly puzzled by the topic title. It could be a mistype of LPT, i.e. parallel port, in which case discussion of COM (RS232) ports would be misleading. And in support of that, IMO dongles are usually LPT or USB, I don't recall ever seeing a serial port one.

Hallo Danke für die Antworten.
mpack hat Recht es handelt sich um den LTP-Port.
Habe jetzt für den Host eine Parallel PCI karte gekauf und eingebaut der Host zeigt im Gerätemangere jetzt den LTP1 an.
Wie kann ich im Gastsystem (Win2000) den LTP1 vom Host (WIN10) erreichen?
