Ich bekomme es aber nicht ans laufen ...
Beim Start von der Maschine kommt "Loading vmlinuz.A... ok und das war es ...
Der Stick ist OK ... Habe ihn auf einem alten Laptop getestet !

Start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.
Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

Why did you choose the template "Other (64bit)". I believe that ChromeOS is based on a Linux kernel, so I'd use a Linux template.
Note however that ChromeOS, like Android, is not a supported guest OS. There is no expectation that it should work. I'm not sure it's even intended for generic x86 PCs (at first glance I see nothing on the official website about installing the product in a VM).
You can certainly turn off the 3D acceleration setting as there are no Guest Additions available to use that feature.
