I find that text unreadable, it would be better if you chopped away the extraneous stuff around outside the console window.

Also it's graphics, not text, so it can't be handled by online translation.

Da du keinen kompletten Pfad angegeben hast, liegt die Datei jetzt genau dort, wo du den Befehlt ausgeführt hast.

I take this to mean that you want to get the new vdi file in the correct place on the host, then make the VM use the drive file.

The vboxmanage command registers the drive with Virtualbox, so Virtualbox has to move the drive file where you want it to be. In the main Virtualbox window, File menu, Virtual Media Manager, find the new "3TB.vdi", select it, then click the Move button in the toolbar. Select the final location for 3TB.vdi to be. Note that the drive file will eventually get to be 3TB in size, so pick an appropriate host drive for it. Click OK, Close, etc, to get out of the Virtual Media Manager.

If you already have a VM that you want to use this drive, select the VM's Storage settings, right-click the controller, then select Add Hard Disk, then Choose Existing Disk. Select the 3TB.vdi in the mini Media Manager.

If you are making a new VM, then when the choice is given to add a disk to the VM, Choose Existing, then select the 3TB.vdi.

Windows has special processes to add a new disk to its OS. It involves initializing the new disk in Disk Management. Web-search how to add drives to Windows.

Could be it's been initialized in Windows as an MBR-formatted disk, which is limited to 2TB. GPT will allow higher TB. Web-search how to switch the disk to GPT in Windows. This is not a Virtualbox problem.

ich habe es jetzt ohne virtualbox nur im bisherigen Windows mit dem virtuellen Laufwerk gelöst. Welche Datenrate und downloadgdschindigkeiten erreiche ich in der virtualbox?

Lots of factors can influence that. Try copying a file and timing it.
