Hallo,

Answering in English.
The short answer is no, VirtualBox does not to my knowledge allow you to control window size and position directly.
However, in my experience VirtualBox's default behaviour is already to always start a VM in the same place every time, i.e. it remembers and restores the size and position from the last run. This is with a Windows host, you neglected to mention what your host OS is.
Frankly, your Android experience in VirtualBox will be poor - it is not a supported guest OS. That doesn't mean it will not work, it only means that making it work well is not a priority for the Oracle devs.
If you want an alternative to GenyMotion then I'd suggest BlueStacks, who have a free version which I like a lot for running all kinds of Android apps on my PC. Ironically, BlueStacks is based on VirtualBox, but they provide their own custom features to make the experience far smoother.
