Hallo zusammen,

Re: Sound kratzt
You should not have to change the VM's audio card settings when changing things in the host PC. The VM's hardware is completely virtual, except for the physical CPU.
Try a new VM and see if the sound trouble is there too.

Thanks for the awnser.scottgus1 wrote:You should not have to change the VM's audio card settings when changing things in the host PC. The VM's hardware is completely virtual, except for the physical CPU.

I've tried that too. Unfortunately it does not work. I also don't have the option to change anything in the settings.
In the audio settings I have the following options in the Audio Controller: - Intel HD Audio; -SoundBlaster 16; -I AC97.
However, it only works on Intel HD Audio and unfortunately it doesn't work well

Versuche mal, den Gästen mehr Prozessorkerne zuzuweisen.

Re: Sound kratzt
Start the VM from full power off, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.
Please right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log and the next tab over (the hardening log), zip both files, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
