Andere Betriebsystem würden auch gehen Linux etc, aber hätte auch gerne eine Windows VM

would like to create a VM with Windows 7, 8 or 10 would not matter, but have no iso and no current CD. Where can I download them?

You have several options:

1. Buy a Win7, 8, 10 license from eBay.
2. Download the Win10 ISO from Microsoft, and buy a license from Microsoft.
3. The Internet Explorer compatibility VMs: 4.3 GB, build 17.17134. If I were to use a pre-made VM, I'd use that one. They expire and you can't renew them.
4. The Development VMs: 15.9 GB, build 201712. They expire and you can't renew them.

I want to keep things for free thus comes possibility 3 and 4. Are there Tutorials on Video that i can learn how to make it right?

And in past i know that there was iso from win7 or win8 but i dont find them again, maybe it's not allowed from Bill Gates to get Iso free, also a free trial perhaps?

There is no free Windows. You have to buy them. Options 3 and 4 are the trial versions.

The ISO for Windows 7 requires an activation key, i.e. you need to buy them.

The ISO for Windows 8.1 are still there. You will need an activation key to install them.
