Issue installing OpenSuSe 15 - ViciBox

Post by eonagy2020 »

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to install ViciBox in a VM using their ISO which brings Open SuSe v15 64 bits.
The thing is that after the initial check, the OS installer prompts if I want to format the disk (the virtual disk) as any OS installer would do, after selecting "yes" the VM enters a failed state and closes.

I can't understand much of the log, so I thought I could reach to you and see if there is something causing this, Log file is attached within the RAR (had to compress it because log is 301k).

I'm running Virtual Box 6.0.14 on Windows 7 64 bits.

You might try increasing the RAM allocation to 2048MB, and the graphics RAM to 128MB. Even then your host is only 2 core, so not ideal for running VMs.

Also make sure you are not running the VM from a saved state, or running a VM that's already running.
