Hello. Internet and web working via wireless bridge in VB.
Mac book pro and vr 7.1
My Android 7 application (its a bridge scoring program that collects data from playing tables using wireless) requires wireless. But
I don't seem to be able to turn on wireless from Android settings or anywhere else.
Is this possible?
thank you.
Web OK, need wireless with Android.

Re: Web OK, need wireless with Android.
A VirtualBox VM has no WiFi connection unless using a USB WiFi dongle.

Thank you for the reply and that is progress.
I have now attached an ASUS dual-band wireless usb adapter (model ac 56) and tried various settings without success as yet.
I would be grateful for more help.
thank you Ash Hamilton

Can the Android see external USB devices? I don't think it can. Frankly, if you want my opinion, what you're doing is not going to work easily, if it works at all.
BTW, moving to "Other Guests" from "OSX Hosts", since this has nothing to do with your host.
