Hello Forum,
is it possible to install OSX 10.4 from the original retail DVD as guest into a VirtualBox VM running on Debian/4.0 host on a MacBook Pro?

No, unfortunately, because the hardware that the OSX software sees would not be a Mac but the VB virtual machine. Unmodified OSX only works if it sees a genuine mac machine.
