I am going to say this is a VGA driver problem.
Have this legacy DOS app that runs fine on native Windows, I hit alt-ENTER and BAM, am on full-screen VGA resolution which the Apps needs.
Running under a Virtual-Windows box, it's always windowed and the displayable window never fills the whole screen, tinny font, and the mouse goes wild.
If you have a similar problem, lets talk.

Re: Need to run DOS app in VGA mode
The virtual machine switches to a virtual VGA mode. The VM does not take over control of the host hardware!
I'm afraid that actual resolution is determined by the age of the selected guest OS. But, you can use scale mode if you want to make the window bigger.

Thanks, SCALE works better, now it fills up the screen. Next, fix the mouse, the pointer is not where it's suppose to be, any tweak to the mouse under VB?
TIA

"not where it's supposed to be" doesn't tell me much.
I'm not aware of any mouse tweaks for DOS guests, no.
