Android : tsc: Fast TSC Calibration failed.

I am trying to install android on my laptop with specifications:
Lenovo Ideapad Z580 - Core i7
RAM 6 GB
Graphics : Intel (built-in) Nvidia 2GB (built-out)
Windows 8.1 64 bit

I downloaded the latest android-x86, when i boot from the ISO, and boot as live CD Or even installing and trying boot, I get the message
tsc: Fast TSC Calibration failed.
after that the android logo appears on the screen and everything stops.

Fast TSC Calibration failed. is a Warning and not an error. Usually due to the guest running virtual instead of on metal. That said Android is not an officially support guest but some have gotten it to work.

and what about the rest of question. the android hangs up (stops at the android logo)and doesn't open

I didn't suggest otherwise. I said that the forum you selected was irrelevant to the question you asked, which was about the guest and not the host.

Also, as Perry said, Android guests are not supported. You might find answers to your problem on an Android forum - possible attached to wherever you got the ISO.
