How do I get networking going on my guest machine?

NAT networking is going fine on my Windows XP Professional guest. So I think I need to bring the nic up in OpenSolaris.

How do I bring up the NIC in OpenSolaris? Can somebody point me to a good set of Solaris docs? Basic Docs!

Ths solution is here:

http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic. ... pensolaris

"Update: You can make this change via the GUI too. Go to settings -> network, and then next to "Enable Network Adapter", change Adapter Type to 79C970A. "

Then it just works. This did not work for me previously with the Indiana Developer Version.

I think Sun has put some Solaris improvements in for Virtualbox 1.6.0 and OpenSolaris 2008.05!
