i am running (guest Linux ubuntu)android 4.3 on virtualbox win7 as host. i have connected bluetooth4.0 low energy dongle form bluegiga in to usb port. the virtual box connects to it(by installing divers and all) but the problem is that the android os does not able to connect to it, it does not turn on the bluetooth and does not go into scanning mode please help
could it be the limitation of the virtualbox or something else

Android is not a supported guest. There is no track record that can tell us what should or shouldn't work or whether any problem is with VBox or Android-86 itself. I suggest you ask on an Android forum.

were you able to get btle working? I gave up on bluegiga dongle and switched to Plugable but still no luck turning on.
