The workaround is to use the gengradd.dll from the OS/2 guest additions for 4.2.

Seems to be #12785

As I mentioned in the ticket - gengradd.dll have always had some defects, so
I never bother to use it. Panorama driver seems to be a better choice,
if you have access to it.

Ticket #12785 have been updated with a few alternative drivers.
Try them.
