novel netware client

Hello, sorry by my english, I speak spanish...

I have a trouble using virtualbox, I install Ms dos 6.22 in the machine, but i can not configure the client for the novell netware installed in my network.

the launcher is called by the file startnet.bat, that have 4 files,

C:\NWCLIENT\LSL.COM
C:\NWCLIENT\pciodi.COM <-- this is the line whit problems
C:\NWCLIENT\IPXODI.COM
C:\NWCLIENT\VLM.EXE
#then inside the server....
F:
LOGIN ADMIN

THE PROBLEM IS when i load the driver of the network card, i dont know what put in...
I have some options...
