Yes, you just need latest ACPI driver, and it will fix it.z hopa wrote:Running ecomstation 2.0 in VB 4.3.4 I noticed that it is always polling 100% of 1 CPU.
Is it possible to idle while not used instead?
Sure, there is an ACPI wizzard in the install folder. It can install SMP kernel and ACPI driver for you.z hopa wrote:Also, it never detected ACPI and thus did not install SMP. Is it possible to install SMP after?
However, I'm not sure, if the old ACPI driver from eCS 2.0 will work very well, but you can try.
The new ACPI driver is available from Mensys under their subscription service.
