PERFECT INSTALLATION OF ESXI, 6.7.0, ERROR WHEN CREATING VM

Post by guajiro2000 »

After following the steps of creating the ESXI host, everything was perfect after activating a virtual system in VIRTUALBOX, but when trying to create a virtual machine it throws this error:

Error - This host supports Intel VT-x, but the implementation of Intel VT-x is not supported by VMware ESX.

Mistakes
This host supports Intel VT-x, but the implementation of Intel VT-x is not supported by VMware ESX.
This host does not support "Intel EPT" hardware-assisted MMU virtualization.
This host does not support real-mode virtualization. Intel's "VMX Unrestricted Guest" feature is required to run this virtual machine on an Intel processor.
Module 'CPUIDEarly' failed to power on.
The virtual machine could not be started.

Has it happened to someone else ? Can you help me ?

Thanks in advance.

I have never seen a report of ESXi with working VMs inside of Virtualbox.
You can get through the installatiioni but the virtual hardware is missing features need to run VMs under ESXi inside VirtualBox.

If you look at user manual section 9.33 you will note that the only supported nested hypervisors are VirtualBox, Oracle VM server, or KVM. An ESXi guest is not supported, and while that doesn't always guarantee that it will not work - as Martin mentions, in fact this combination usually does not work.
