I assume you are asking how to install network card drivers in Netware. That isn't really a VirtualBox question, but your best best might be to search for previous discussions of Netware on this site, and there have been some. I have never used Netware, so I can't tell you anything that the searching doesn't.

I did not have the right driver.
I found the right driver, but when I have 2 network cards in the virtualbox, netware sees only the one that is the first.
