Upgraded to Sierra (MacOS 10.12) and now VirtualBox VM fails to start.

I moved your topic to "VirtualBox on Mac OS X pre-releases" since 10.12 is at beta 5 as of this writing.

First, I would upgrade to the latest and greatest VirtualBox, 5.1.4 (as of this writing).

Second, does the VM start up normally, i.e. non-headless?
