00:00:04.002528 Host RAM: 4096MB total, 1529MB available
00:00:04.203974 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000080000000 (2 147 483 648, 2 048 MB)
You need to lower your guest's memory requirements, or close some applications on the host, or buy some more RAM for your host. You are giving memory to your guest that your host cannot afford.

Finally, your log ends with this:
00:00:04.540996 Console: VM runtime error: fatal=false, errorID=HostAudioNotResponding message="No audio devices could be opened. Selecting the NULL audio backend with the consequence that no sound is audible"
Known problem for OSX hosts (ticket #15659). Change your Audio controller to Null until this is fixed in a future release. You'll get no warnings and no sound as a bonus ;)
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

I lowered the memory to 1500 and set audio to null.

Now it seems to work. :-)

I'm fairly new to mac, and I only ran Paralells Desktop before.
