macOS Sierra Public Beta 2 no sound
I have macOS Sierra 10.12 public beta 2 running on my MacBook Pro. I created a VM and installed Ubuntu 16.04 LTS on it. When I launch the VM, I get an error message stating that some AC'97 streams could not be opened. When I attempt to play sound in the VM, I hear nothing.

It's not just 10.12, it's everyone. See: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=78820

It's not "everyone" but rather VBox 5.1.2 that has completely broken audio on OS X hosts.

OK, let me see if I can correct/re-phrase what I said:
"Everyone" was referring to the OSX host's version. But you're absolutely right, I should have elaborated more...
