Testbuilds (as in 5.1.51) are not "Beta", they are intermediate releases. On the other hand Win10 15019 is a "Windows pre-release", which is where I'm moving your topic.

And please try to be a little bit more detailed. You didn't even mention the BSOD number, which is kind of important...
