Mac OS X Snow Leopard problems on VirtualBox with Windows 7 beta

Hi, so I'm sitting here and trying to install Mac OS X on my HP Compaq 6720s (that why I'm on Windows 7 beta :D). But the problem is I can't even boot to the installation, with iBoot bootloader it shows gray apple logo and error, with EmpireEFI it just shows black screen and error.

I can't post the full vbox.log but the only thing that I think makes the error is

AIOMgr: Async flushes not supported

Can you help me? :(
