Windows 10 Build 14942+ - VirtualBox fails to start

We just have to be patient. We've done what we can - let Oracle know a problem exists, and let Microsoft know a problem exists (please upload the feedback item). It will get fixed before this Windows 10 Insider wave makes it to Release, but it won't be given much priority by Oracle.

This exact problem (Oracle fails to start after Microsoft makes an architecture change that break's Oracle's fragile Windows hardening security code), has happened before, which is why it's best to have a "plan b" ready. In my case, I have set up my 4 PCs as dual-boot, so I can easily boot out of my "Insider Fast" partition, and into my "Release" partition. So, I am crunching BOINC+VirtualBox, now, in my "Release" partitions, as my "plan b", until the issue gets resolved.

Sure, we can hope Oracle steps up to fix it soon. But again, it won't be a priority, and we're lucky to have this "VirtualBox on Windows pre-releases" forum to communicate with

Oracle: Please fix it as time allows, for 5.0.x and 5.1.x, and let us know when a Test Build is available to be tested.

i have the same issue under Windows 10 Build 14931. The VirtualBox-5.1.7-111203-Win.exe did not fix the Problem.

Everytime when i start a VM i get a BSOD 'System_Service_Exception'.

Any ideas? Which logs do you need?
