Is this a new VM or an old one?
Did you install/update the Guest Additions (GAs) in your guest?
Is this with the VMSVGA graphics controller, or the VBoxVGA controller? Try switching to VBoxVGA.

Right, that's the old stuff, that should just work. The problem is that the new one, the VMSVGA one doesn't work. Yet. So, thank you for marking it as [Solved], but I think I'm going to remove it from the thread title, because it actually should work with the VMSVGA controller...

Version 6.0.0 r127566 (Qt5.6.3)?
You should always state your complete version, it saves my clarification question and your clarification reply, i.e. time... ;)

6.0.0 (and more) is now officially out, there's no point in discussing it any further in the beta section. It's long since it has been put to sleep.
