VBox 6.0 RC1 Crash during Windows 10 installation

VirtualBox 6.0 RC1 crashed during performing the Windows 10 (17763) installation setup (after copying the files and rebooting) with the following message:
The instruction at 0x00000000779CBFE0 referenced memory at 0xFFFFFFFF094CF400. The memory could not be read
I also met the same problem installing Windows 10 (18298) but did not take note of the instruction location or the memory referenced.
The Host is Windows 10 17763.194. Restarting the VM continues and finishes Windows installation successfully in both cases.
