I can't upload here more than 512Kb.
You'll be able to run amd64 utility version and collect information about all devices from your machine.
You should find \Driver\VboxNetLwf and \Device\VboxNetLwf in the list. Make screenshots with information about device and driver and upload here. Maybe, but not sure, it'll help us.
Also, you should put information about your Intel I217-V.

For example, I attached my screenshot with info about VboxNetLwf device.

I've also installed the latest, non-RC version of VirtualBox v5.0.0 r101573, the issue persists.
