When I download 3.1 beta[1-3], it gets to about 23Mb and stops. It eventually times out. I had to try the download 5 or 6 times before it was successful. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or should I go after my ISP (Cox cable) for throttling my link?

No problems here. Try Download Manager.

Re: 3.1 beta download problem
Hi Ron,
I am in the Midwest USA and use Cox cable. I have not experienced this today either. Download speeds tested at 12 meg down and 3 meg up.
I suspect that it may be Internet congestion though, and I never suggest a download manager for ISO or exec. downloads. They seem to corrupt the files for me.
I have downloaded Ubuntu Lucid and Fedora 12 today as well and all came through fine. I also downloaded VirtualBox again to test as well, no problem.
