3.0 Beta 2 Crashes while installing Ubuntu 9.04 AMD64 SMP

Host: Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04 AMD64
CPU: Intel Q6600
Installing Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04 AMD64 with four cores, 1024 MB VRam, SATA disk and enabled PAE/NX. Everything else should be the default I guess. Virtualbox crashes while setting the clock during the installation.
I have attached the according log and screenshot.
