Ubuntu 9.10
Tried default settings. Window exits/closes/crashes, returns to VirtualBox GUI with status "Aborted". Crashes in same way at same spot every time.
Seems to be related to http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/3020

Log files are attached.

I had same problem in XP. Disabling UXA Accelmethod from my x.org.conf solved this issue.

It should be investigated whether or not this is a VirtualBox issue or UXA issue, UXA is default from Ubuntu 9.10 (and probably most other distros)
