This gist is that Apple only license OS X for use on Apple hardware. Anything else violates copyright.
So, basically, don't bother posting about this. Oracle can't be seen helping you to violate copyright, so your topic will be locked or deleted and your question ignored. You may even get banned if you persist or if you provide any warez links. We are not legal experts and will not argue with you about the finer points of licensing and copyright law: keeping this site going is the priority, so the policy will be "better safe than sorry". If you disagree then don't tell us: lobby Apple to make OS X commercially available to non Mac users.
