Dicom viewer display error via vpn

Post by Klema »

Hi,
I installed Debian 10 as guest (host: win 10, AMD Ryzen 3400G, 16 GB,virtualbox 6.1, GA installed), then from Debian I use a openvpn connection and remmina as rdp client to connect my machine at work (win 10). Everything works fine, but the Sectra dicom viewer isn't showing any picture (medical). The info screen with reports works and the thumbnails are visible. Any other software also works without problems. Has anyone an idea?
Klemens
PS: the same behavior on Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04 as guest, but no problem on my other machine (i5 4670, GTX960).

Always provide a VM log when asking this kind of question, otherwise you risk your question being ignored. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in the GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
