Ubuntu is inaccesible

Failed to open virtual machine located in C:/Users/DELL/.VirtualBox/Ubuntu/Ubuntu.vbox.

Document is empty.

Location: 'C:\Users\DELL\.VirtualBox\Ubuntu\Ubuntu.vbox', line 1 (0), column 1.

Guys I m facing this issue please I need some help to troubleshoot. Any kind of help is really appreciateable. Also attached is the pic of my source file.

First, get Windows to stop lying to you about file extensions - it will make the following instructions far more comprehensible (In the explorer view you show as a screenshot, click "View" then "File name extensions").

Next, rename the "Ubuntu.vbox.vbox-prev" file to "Ubuntu.vbox". The existing 0 byte Ubuntu.vbox file should be deleted.
