Hi:
I have a mac os x mini and am running Virtualbox latest version and everything up to date.
I have the Elem-OS setup and had internet with ip number from a different subnet (e.g., 10.10.10.10) when my lan network is 192.168.1.*
I want to be able to accewss the VB from the local network for transferring files, etc. From what I have read, it seems that the bridge setup is what I need.
When I setup the lan in Settings for the bridge adapter and en0: Ethernet, it does not connect.
I have tried to manually set the ip and gateway but still no luck.
I need a tutorial that will not only address the setup in the Virtualbox Manager but also one that show how to setup the network within elementary os.
