The message you quoted is an action, not a cause. The cause is given a few lines before that:

So, some kind of memory allocation issue.

You seem to be having lots of "DirectSound" problems when enabling audio in the VM, I would try disabling audio in VM settings to see if that makes a difference.

Also, you have the wrong Guest Additions install. You have the GAs from the Ubuntu fork of VirtualBox instead of the official GAs.

did what you mentioned above , disabled audio , reinstalled guest additions to native (VBox) , added one additional CPU core and video memory,
unfortunatelly get the same relust.

I can confirm that you do at least now have the correct GAs installed. However, the log does not show the same result: in fact it doesn't show any result at all, it looks like this log is truncated by being grabbed while the file was still open for writing.

If the guest OS ran long enough for you to update the Guest Additions, then surely it was possible to properly shut down the VM before grabbing a log? I'm afraid that the truncated log provided is pretty useless as it only shows the first 55 seconds of the VM and doesn't include where it ran into a problem. At the very least you must now have a good idea of what you need to do to provoke an uncontrolled shutdown.

Also, VirtualBox 6.1.4 was released a while back. It might be worth testing if that makes a difference.

Updated to 6.1.4 with all ga and extension pack , getting the same result , looked at windows events logs on host machine , found there memory couldn't be read error Инструкция по адресу "0x6ea0162f" обратилась к памяти по адресу "0x00000008".
