Failed to Open a Session for the Virtual Machine

My PC is win10, the linux system is ubuntu-18.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso.
It happens when I try to start a virtual machine,
Error details (also see the image attached):
Call to VidMessageSlotMap failed: Last=0xc000000d/87 (VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED).

I have searched quite a bit but no working solution found. I disabled Hyper-v on my PC. Any helps would be greatly appreciated.
