But the message comes from the guest which can't use a kernel installed on the host, so...

I think you missed the point... I have a Win host, an OSX host, and a Linux host. Which kernel drivers should I install on my OSX host so that I can build the kernel modules of my guest?jcolley wrote:Yeah, but on the host , I have the proper kernel-headers.
