Oracle (64-bit) Guest completely unresponsive to input after startup (Win10 host)

Hello!

So as the topic says, when I start my 64-bit Oracle guest machine the system becomes completely unresponsive to any sort of input. This includes keyboard, mouse, and the ACPI shutdown commands. The cursor in the VB starts in the bottom right corner, and does not move. I am still able to use the host key (right ctrl), which allows me to close the system. I am able to interact with the guest while it is booting (the Ubuntu splash screen), where I can see what is succeeding and failing. The only thing that seems to be failing to start is vboxadd-service.service.

**edit**: I forgot to mention, the desktop is not frozen-- the clock at the top does stay in sync with the clock on the host. It is only the input that seems to be broken somehow.
**further edit**: When I run a "headless start" I can use my mouse and keyboard fine, and through that can access all of my files on my original virtual HDD.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on here, and I've scoured the internet and I cannot find anyone else with this problem. I have attached the .log files. I am running from a Windows 10 host. I have other VMs (ISE 14.7 is an example) that run perfectly well.

Thank you so much!

VirtualBox VM 5.1.30 r118389 win.amd64 (Oct 16 2017 10:47:00) release log
5.1.x support ended in Apr/2018, so I suggest you upgrade to the latest 6.0.x series and then we can take a closer look.
00:00:18.212522 VMMDev: Guest Additions information report: Version 5.2.18 r123745 '5.2.18_KernelUbuntu'
And when you do upgrade your main VirtualBox installation, don't forget to update the Guest Additions.

And for future reference you should ZIP your logs. It helps you, it helps us, it helps the server, it helps save a (virtual) tree or two... ;)
