Hi,
unfortunately I spend yesterday & today some hours in solving my kernel panic w/o any success, neighter live DVD nor debian install would boot.
I would be very happy for some assistance!
My limited Linux knowledge isn't enough. I assume a hardware setting problem.

ohh no... first time intel hardware in use --> intel virtualization technology (VT-x) needs to be enable in BIOS :-(
Not a guest more or less a host hardware or better user problem...
Now it works!

That's interesting, because according to your attached log, VT-x (hardware virtualization) was enabled, and a list of features was recorded.
00:00:01.379628 *********************** VT-x features ***********************
00:00:01.379629 Nested hardware virtualization - VMX features
00:00:01.379630 Mnemonic - Description = guest (host)
00:00:01.379630 VMX - Virtual-Machine Extensions = 0 (1)
You see here that VMX (x86 virtualization) is clearly available/enabled on the host! :o

I don't know what you did there, but I'm glad you got it going. ;)

Marking as [Solved].
