SUSE 12 SP2 from vmware to virtualbox problem

I have migrate my virtual machine from vmware to virtualbox, becuase vmware workstation only support 64GB memory max.
I can start vm, but have several problems:
no network
resolution is low, can't set to higher .
failed to install guest additions.

Any guru could help me out?

What's the network mode that you chose? The network card?

How exactly did the Guest Additions (GAs) fail? If you don't want us to start guessing, you should include the complete output of the installation process.

That's because the GAs didn't install properly.

All this and more will be answered if you include a complete VBox.log, from a complete VM run, where the problem occurs:

• Start the VM from cold-boot (not from a paused or saved state) / Observe problem / Shutdown the VM (force close it if you have to).
• With the VM completely shut down (not paused or saved), right-click on the VM in the VirtualBox Manager and select "Show Log".
• Save only the first "VBox.log", ZIP it and attach it to your response. See the "Upload attachment" tab below the reply form.
