The Kernel requires an x86-64 CPU but only detected an i686 CPU. This processor in unsupported in Cent0S 7.......
what do i do from here

That's a question about a CentOS guest, and it certainly doesn't belong in the "Windows Guests" forum. I will move the topic.

As to the question, the error means that you chose the 32bit template in VirtualBox and then tried to install a 64bit Linux guest OS. FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.
