Kali Linux installer crashes

I am new to Virtual Box and I am still learning. Can anyone help me understand what I am doing wrong with trying to get this VM to load and in stall Kali correctly. I really need some help. I have been trying for four days. I have attached the zip of the error log that i keep getting.

Tip for the future: if you want to encourage people to read your topic, make the topic title indicate the subject matter, and also post in a forum which represents the subject matter. "Please Help!!!" posted in "Windows Hosts" does not do those things.

I will rename your topic and move it to the "Linux Guests" forum.

I don't know if this is your only problem, but you have allocated spare resources to the VM which are not spare.

I'm not a Kali Linux user, but your graphics RAM doesn't seem very suitable for a modern OS.

I would reduce the VM RAM allocation to 1024MB, but I would increase graphics RAM to 64MB.

I will make a final note that your CPU is very old and not very suitable for running a modern OS in a VM. In particular the lack of hardware virtualization (VT-x) will be an increasing problem, as VirtualBox and other VM platforms rely on it increasingly.
