Ubuntu 13.04 internal error

I'm in need of a Linux virtual machine but when I try to run live disk or install comes an instantly internal error:
ironicly when I try to screenshot my Ubuntu error it's captured by the virtual machine and not copied to my Windows transfer área, also makes a very funny noise os my notebook (like a fan spinning). But it says this:
Sorry, Ubuntu 13.04 has experienced na internal error.
try rebooting




I will appreciate further help,
