Network needs to restarted every time the machine is started
I have a server virtual machine running in virtualbox 5.0.40_Ubuntu r115130 the host is linux mint 18.3 cinnamon the problem is every time I start the machine I have to bring down the network interface then up again in order for it to work properly the problem surfaces when it is bounded to the wireless interface of the laptop

It looks like you're using the distro's fork version of VirtualBox. You can either ask in their forums for help, or completely remove/uninstall/delete/purge their version and install the official version from the Downloads section of VirtualBox.mr_mke wrote:5.0.40_Ubuntu
